Jessica’s style is compassionate, collaborative, and empowering
I am deeply committed to supporting teens, adults, and mothers navigating OCD, anxiety, and the lasting impact of trauma. The weight of these experiences can feel heavy, but therapy provides a structured and safe environment to process challenges, gain insight, and cultivate adaptive coping strategies.
My goal is to help you feel validated, supported, and empowered with tools to restore a sense of balance and authenticity. Over the years, I’ve helped teens process adverse experiences, supported individuals managing the aftereffects of trauma - including veterans - and supported mothers through the highs and lows of postpartum.
Having a first-hand understanding of how intrusive thoughts, anxiety, and OCD can disrupt daily life, I integrate evidence-based interventions tailored to your unique therapeutic journey. Therapy with me is grounded in collaboration and connection. You'll walk away from our sessions with new insight and actionable steps to start feeling better faster.
Together, we'll focus on easing what feels heavy, building resilience, and helping you live in a way that feels true to yourself.
I use the following types of therapy to help you meet your goals:
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Jessica’s rate is $130 per session. She accepts the following insurances:
